Spotless NYC was founded in 2016 by Elena Marchetti — a trained hospitality professional with years at Manhattan's top hotels — after noticing a gap in the market: high-end residences deserved the same caliber of care as a five-star property, without the institutional feel.
Our team of twelve specialists is handpicked, background-checked, and trained in-house over a 90-day program. Our foundational service, designed for weekly or bi-weekly maintenance of fine residential spaces. We work room by room with a dedicated specialist — not a rotating team — so your home is always cleaned by someone who knows it. Includes all surfaces, flooring, kitchen deep-clean, bathroom polish, and interior windows.
From $175 / hour
Twice-yearly or quarterly comprehensive service that goes far beyond the surface. We address behind appliances, inside cabinetry, grout, upholstery, lighting fixtures, baseboards, and HVAC returns. Ideal for pre-season resets — before summer in the Hamptons or back from it. Homes emerge reset, not just tidy.

Construction dust is a different beast. Our renovation specialists use HEPA-filtered equipment and multi-pass cleaning protocols to extract particles from every surface, air register, and recess. We coordinate directly with your contractor to determine the right entry window, protect finished materials, and deliver a walk-through-ready result.
